Open seven days a week, Sunday to Thursday (10:30am-10:00pm) and Friday and Saturday (10:30am-11:00pm), I am Christoper Wong (Sushi Chef) and together with my brother, Irwan Wong (Executive Chef), we proudly own and operate Teriyaki Cafe. Where everything is cooked fresh for you. At Teriyaki Cafe we mix classic Chinese and Japanese cuisine into a wonderful modernday dining experience. Watching your weight? No need to worry, most, if not all of our entrees are both low in fat and calories. Our entrees not only look, smell, and taste wonderful, but they don't pack on the pounds. A vegetarian? We carry 100% meat free entrees such as Bean Curd Vegetable, Broccoli with Garlic Sauce, and Buddha’s Delight to satisfy any vegetarian taste buds.

We boast over 50 kinds of sushi. Our sushi is guaranteed to be the freshest around!

Our sashimi, nigiri, and sushi consists of shrimp, tuna, salmon, squid, octopus, salmon roe, eel, yellowtail, mackeral, and tilapia, which are caught from the deeps of the sea and shipped to us on a regularly basis.

Since our sushi is made to order, customers can actually request what they want in their rolls. We carry popular rolls such as the California, Spicy Tuna, Shrimp Tempura, Rainbow, Cowboy, Spider, Volcano, Hot Night, Hawaiian, and Salmon Tempura rolls and much, much more!

However, if you want something a bit more unusual and exotic, we carry "Special Rolls." These rolls are "edible art" for they look as most people would say, "too beautiful to eat," yet they are beyond appetizing. Come try special rolls such as the "Tropical Roll," where the name screams exotic! With a heaping filling of snowcrab and avocado inside and a salmon-mango fruit chili topping, it will send you straight to the tropics, while the Fire Roll which has spicy salmon stuffed in jalapeno, lightly fried, rolled with crunchy tempura flakes and cream cheese topped with crabstick and fire sauce, will leave your palate burning for more!
